Site visit & brief
We visit the property, walk the scope with you, and translate it into a deployable spec: trades involved, sequence, headcount, and a realistic timeline.
Step 02
Fixed proposal
Within one business day of the visit, you receive a written proposal: scope by trade, materials, mobilization plan, pricing and target completion date. No surprises.
Step 03
Mobilize the crew
Once you sign, we mobilize. Contracts, transport, accommodation, materials on site, and a Vrone site lead accountable for the whole job from day one.
Step 04
Deliver & hand over
Trades sequenced so the site keeps moving. Weekly check-ins, snag list before hand-over, and a clean, finished space at the end. You sign off, we close out.

Common questions.
Do you take on the whole renovation, or just supply trades?+
We take on the whole renovation. One Vrone site lead is accountable for every trade on the job, the timeline, and hand-over. If you only need a single trade, we can scope that too, but the default is end-to-end delivery.
Do you cover electrical work?+
Not currently. Every other trade in a typical renovation is in scope: painting, flooring, tiling, drywall, deconstruction, carpentry, custom furniture, full bathroom and kitchen work, and complete door and window installation. We coordinate with a licensed electrician on your side or one we recommend locally.
What kinds of buildings do you renovate?+
Older residential buildings, apartments, commercial interiors and mixed-use properties. Full refurbishments, single-floor remodels, and targeted upgrades like kitchens, bathrooms, or window replacements across a whole building.
Where do you operate?+
Across Europe, with crews mobilized from Portugal under EU posted-worker rules. Recent projects run in Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands. If your site is in another EU country, we will confirm coverage on the discovery call.
How is pricing structured?+
We quote a fixed proposal per project: scope by trade, materials, mobilization, and timeline. You receive a single transparent invoice rather than hourly billing across multiple sub-contractors.
How fast can you start?+
After the site visit, we mobilize within days for smaller jobs and within one to two weeks for larger refurbishments. The proposal we send sets a realistic start date based on your timeline and ours.
